The Affiliated Society to Montessori A.C., also known as Montessori Mexico, is the society affiliated with the Association Montessori Internationale.

To spread, maintain, and promote human rights based on the philosophy of Maria Montessori and the quality standards of AMI.

To be a national and international leading organization in the defense and promotion of the natural development of the human being, taking firm steps in social reform based on the Montessori philosophy."
TIMELINE
1962

The first Montessori school in the country was established (Montessori Chihuahua)

Estela Colmenero (Palmieri) became the first AMI guide for Casa de los Niños.

Domingo Alba became the first AMI workshop guide.

The Montessori Mexico community is composed of associates and affiliates who promote and participate in the fulfillment of the association's mission. It has a staff that enables the operation of each of the processes for various users and interested parties.
